Cancel Policy

To cancel an order that has not been started, please email sales@auntiebunny.com stating your intention to cancel the order with your name, shipping address, and order number.   Auntie Bunny strives to start the custom made process within 48 hours after payment is confirmed. We will try to accommodate your cancellation order if possible.   If your custom made order has been started, a partial refund may be available depending on the percentage completed.   Occasionally, merchandise is discontinued before it is removed from our online catalog. If you have ordered a discontinued item, I will email or call you within 48 hours of the order being placed to arrange for an alternative item or a refund. We will strive to obtain a similar item shown at the same or lower price.   Prices are subject to change without notice.
