Product Ordering:
Items are made as ordered. Items will be shipped within 7 - 14 business days after receipt of completed order. Completed order includes confirmation of payment and all necessary information to process (fabric, sizes, etc.). If fabric is out of stock, I will email you the estimated delivery date and the option to change or cancel the order.

To Place an Order:
Click on the Add to Cart button next to each product. When you are finished shopping, click on either the View Cart button or the Checkout button.

First time customers will be required to register. Returning customers will login with their username and password.


Sales Taxes:
Sales taxes are charged to all customers in the state of Tennessee. The shopping will charge the maximum sales tax of 9.75%. Before I process your credit card charge, I will recalculate correct the Tennessee sales tax for your city/county and adjust your total amount. The new lower adjusted amount will be charged to your credit card. I will also send you an email indicating the lower amount.

We also accept all majaor credit cards, e-checks and Paypal funds from Paypal. You will be directed to the PayPal website for processing your payment. You do not need to setup an account with Paypal to process your payment.

We also accept money orders and personal checks. Merchandise is not shipped until check has cleared the bank (typically 10-15 days). Return check fee of $25.00 will be charged.

Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are non-transferable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and can not be returned for a cash refund. The gift certificate can only be used to purchase on-line store merchandise. Any unused balance will be placed in your account as store credit. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate you are responsible for the balance.

Christmas Orders:
The latest 2009 Christmas orders will be shipped by U.S. Priority Mail is December 18, 2009.

For Christmas orders to be ready to be shipped by the Christmas deadline above, the order must be completed (payment has cleared and all necessary information received) by December 8, 2009.
