Return Policy
  
Returns will not be accepted on any item that is custom made unless the product or construction of the product (wrong fabric or size based on order) is defective. Auntie Bunny is not liable for mistakes on the part of the customer.
 
If the product is defective, you received the wrong fabric, or the product is not the size you ordered, it must be return within 30 days. Please email returns@auntiebunny.com for return instructions and a return authorization code. You may request an exchange or a refund.
 
Please indicate the return authoriztion code on the outside of the box. All returns without a return authorization code will not be accepted and returned to sender.
 
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Items must be shipped postpaid; CODs will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must not be used or altered in any way. A refund will be issued for the full price, excluding shipping charges and rush order fees.
 
Insuring your return merchandise is strongly recommended. Auntie Bunny is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. You will be notified when your authorized return is received and the expected date of the refund or shipping of new product.
